My first cake :) (that too without oven and a blender)

Today I managed to bake my first cake. The result is good except the little burings in the bottom. But I understood why i happend and will correct next time.

Thanks to my bubbling sister and brother who helped me in beating process since I don't have either electrical blender or a manual hand blender.

Modification I did from the original receipe I referred

  1. Since I used salted butter I added a sugar little extra than from the original receipe I referred.
  2. I used my discarded tawa with lid instead of pressure cooker, that worked out well.

First blog

Hi,
This is my first blog and recently I am getting more and more interest in finding out natural food itesm which are rich in fibre, calcium, iron (simply saying a good healthy natural diet).
The first I heard and trying is mulli (raddish) which very high in fiber.
Indian esp south indian take it mainly in their sambar and north indians take in their stuffed paratha(yummy one).
This can be taken in many form.
Benefits:
Very rich in fibre
Remove the constipation(good result when you take raw)
Good for heart
Reduce the Cholestrol
Raw Form Intake:
Cut into small pieces, add some pepper and salt. Your healthy fibery salad ready.
Chutney:
Cut into small pieces or grate using grater.
Fry in pan using very little oil.
Keep it aside.
Fry the channa dal, red mirchy, jeera, cumin seeds or powder, garlic and cocunut if like the taste.
Keep the fried items until get cool and grind in a mixer.

This will go well with Chapathi, rice, dosa, idly, even with sandwitches
